Questions
- Are the documents legal advice?
- No. They are templates completed from your answers, published as general information for England and Wales. When you want a lawyer to read what you have made, the fixed-fee review is from £149, and £50 less on the Platform plan.
- Can I cancel the Platform plan?
- Yes, at any time from the subscription page. Access runs to the end of the period you have paid for; there are no part-period refunds.
- Is the electronic signature valid?
- For simple contracts under the law of England and Wales, yes. Deeds have extra formalities and the drafting notes say where that applies.
- Where is my data?
- On our own servers in the EU, in a database only we run, used only to provide the service. We do not use your documents to train AI models. The platform terms and privacy policy set out the detail.
- Is it only for UK companies?
- The documents are for England and Wales. The funding finder, Companies House tools and the review service work for anyone; if you need a UK company we set one up for a fixed £499.
