Questions

Is it really free?
Yes. Create a free portal account (email and password), answer the questions and download the finished Word file. You can fill in three documents a month free; the two NDAs are always included. No card is taken.
Who wrote it?
A solicitor at Atka Legal, for the law of England and Wales. It is the same NDA we sell as a Word template for £19, filled in from your answers.
Can we sign it online?
Yes. Once the document is filled in, you can send it to the other party for signature from the portal, or download the Word file and sign it however you like.
Which NDA do I need?
If both of you will disclose, use the mutual NDA. If only you will disclose, use the one-way NDA. If the other side sends you their NDA instead, our fixed-fee review from £149 will tell you what to push back on.
Is this legal advice?
No. The NDA is a template completed from your answers, published as general information. If your situation is unusual, high value or involves a party abroad, take advice before you sign.

Need more than an NDA? Forty startup templates from £19, or the whole library for £299.

Published by Arc Law Limited, trading as Atka Legal, as general information and a starting point only. Not legal advice; no lawyer and client relationship is created. England and Wales. For your own business use. Mutual NDA wording is identical to the paid Word template.
